WhatsApp notifications
WhatsApp notifications for salons are coming soon. When a salon turns them on, its clients receive transactional messages, for example:
- a booking confirmation right after the appointment is made;
- a reminder 24 hours before the visit;
- a notice when the appointment is moved or cancelled.
Each salon connects its own WhatsApp Business number to Boona. Messages go only to clients who gave the salon their phone number and agreed to receive them, and anyone can stop them by replying STOP.
